He added:

  • Watching developments on trade policy very closely
  • Very focused on US/China trade policy
  • Any deterioration in trade with China could affect US economic outlook
  • Lower bond market yields mostly due to US economy doing well and rising policy rates
  • A trade tariff war would be a terrible outcome.
  • Trade wars are not clickable
